Unconstitutional Outcome.

Unless we can wake up the Republican party. We will need to look to the Midterm elections. If Obama and his group of thugs are stopped from tanking this Great Nation then we will have a shot at turning the congress to a Republican controlled house. That will be enough to stop the bleeding of the Great Land until Sara Palinsrun at the White House in 2012.That will mean staying on top of our congress and senate. That will mean a fight to stop all bills by the Obama gang. It is to be our voice that is the force that drives the Great Nation not the will of Washington but the Voice of the People. As to Obamas illegal win and dont be fooled it is an illegal counting of the electoralvotes . Read the Constitution as to how the votes are to be collected and counted. They were not done so and the results are unconstitutional and at that point void. Seeing the oath is to uphold that very document and what it represents. There is no grey matter here .By  not following the LAW as to the collecting and counting of the Electoral Votes they violated the Constitution and influencedthe out come. We need to push for that LAW to be upheld before Jan 20th. If he takes the oath at that point he is committingtreason as he will be swearing to uphold the very document he has knowingly broken. The Constitution is not just a group of rules and law IT IS THE BASE OF THIS NATION AND THE MEANING OF AMERICA. It is above all party’sand is not open to be bent to suit ones greed.

THE VOTES IS INVALID UNDER THE CONSTATUTION

Under the Constitution The vote was illegal .

Article. II. – The Executive Branch

The President of the Senate shall, in the Presence of the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the Certificates, and the Votes shall then be counted.

This never happened. The votes were not transportedand count in the this manner. The election was not Constitutional and the winners or losers were not leagal or right.

Anyone taking  the oath of office at this point will be committing Treason against the American People  and the Constitution.

You know whats really bad for AMERICA. You and your goons. You all claim to be for the people but with what you are doing to Sen. Joe Lieberman is a shame. We have the right to free speech, we have the right to choose who we support and the right to do so with no punishment from the government . As granted by the Constitution. If there is only one party in control then you have ether a dictatorship or a monarchy. Ether way is NOT THIS COUNTRY. It is WE the People not we the democrats. You all seem to forget you arethere to serve us the American Public at the request by us  by way of election. Not by or for any other reason . If you and your party think that you will herd us like sheep you are sadly mistaken. In two years you will ether do the job right or by the power of the vote you will find yourselvesvoted out of office.  I am voicing my right to free speech as toyou and your party  That is guaranteed by the Constitution of The UnitedStates of America. Obama was voted in and now wait and see. Your taxes will go up to pay for the Plans he wants. The sad side of that is it will hurt the economy but what can you do? Wait you can SUCK IT UP while the rich will get richer and the middle class will become the poor and the poor will be forgotten . I HOPE I AM WRONG . I would love to see it work. But I just dont see Oppra and Jimmy and Martha just giving more in taxes. I do see everyone that is not in that  top 5% paying for all of this. If not us then our grandchildren will get the bill.
